Javier Arriagada
Business Development
Javier has 20+ years of experience as an executive in sales, business development, and fund distribution, in the Financial Services industry; with thorough understanding of financial/capital markets, mutual funds, ETFs, UCITS, and separately managed accounts.
He has experience working with clients and prospects such as institutional investors, financial advisors, broker dealers, and family offices; helping investors to develop their understanding of financial market research and investment vehicles and its application to portfolio management, using an educational and consultative approach.
He has a strong knowledge of the Latin America region and the US offshore market, opening and developing new markets for Financial Services companies in Chile, Peru, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico, among others.
Before joining the firm, Javier was the Regional Director for Latin America and US Offshore for Dimensional Fund Advisors for almost 14 years.
He has an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University and a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Universidad Finis Terrae in Santiago, Chile.
